I thoroughly enjoyed big and huge room here.
The breakfast meal was adequate with freshly baked mini croissants and the best cappuccino, as for instance. Booked a room with large bed...

From the moment that you arrive, you are really treated as a guest. The owner will give you a lot of good and helpful tips about places to see or where to go to for dinner. Our room was large enough ad has a small kitchenette with was quite convenient. The hotel has a small veranda where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine (shops are nearby) and have your breakfast which is limited but ok and the ouwner maks nice café. The hotel is located a bid outside the city centre but with the metro station (line 1) nearby that’s no problem. Within 15 minutes you can reach any place you want. There are enough small rstaurants nearby for a quick bite. We could park our car inside the court yard which gives a safe feeling. There is only place for three to four cars.
The hotel is quite noisy. You can hear your neighbours going to the bathroom, taking a shower or lock their door. The corridors are tiled and the sounds echo through the building. If you are a light sleeper don’t stay here. If you don’t mind, this is an excellent place to stay.

The hotel staff was really helpfull and provided us with all the information about Milan, where to go, what to see and what to avoid. The hotel's location is convenient, since there is a metro stop (M1 - stop villa san giovanni) about 100 m from the hotel, which takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. If you are arriving by car, the hotel has a secure parking space within the hotel. The breakfast is abundant and the hotel manager prepares a great capuccino.
If you are a light sleeper you should ask for a room overlooking the garden, since the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything, what is going on in the street.

The hotel has an incredibly helpful manager who makes staying in that hotel a really pleasant experience. The hotel is decorated, true to its name with all kinds of sunflowers which gives it a bit of an unusual, but nice, appearance.
Not much of a complaint, more a warning re taxi drivers - the hotel is apparently not well known to them, so just giving them the name won't help. Bring the address! Even then, it took me some convincing that there actually is a hotel at that address.
